Summary
This website uses no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, whether our own or third-party. The only thing we store on our own account is your answer to the cookie notice, so that we do not ask you again on every page.
If you accept, the Google map is also loaded on each property page. If you decline, that map is not loaded and your browser never contacts any external service.

This value stays on your device, is never sent to our servers and cannot identify you. No consent is required to store it, because it is exactly what is needed in order to honour the choice you make.

Google is responsible for its own cookies and for what it does with that data; its terms and privacy policy apply. We receive nothing from that load and have no access to those cookies.
Fonts and photographs are served from our own domain, so your browser contacts no external provider to load them, whether you accept or not.
How to change your mind
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it: press “Cookie preferences” at the foot of any page and the notice will reappear so you can choose again.
You can also clear this site's storage from your browser settings. Doing so forgets your choice and the notice reappears on your next visit.

If we later install an analytics tool or any other service requiring cookies, we will update this document and ask for your consent before enabling it.
