Booking terms and conditions
Terms applying to bookings made through this website. Please read them before booking: confirming a booking means accepting them. The Spanish version prevails.

Who you are contracting with
Accommodation is provided by RAZÓN SOCIAL COMPLETA, tax number NIF, registered at DOMICILIO COMPLETO, CP Y LOCALIDAD. You can reach us at EMAIL DE CONTACTO or TELÉFONO.
How a booking is made
- You choose dates and property and check availability and price.
- You choose one of the rates available for those dates.
- You enter your personal and billing details.
- You pay through the payment gateway, in its own secure environment.
- You receive an email confirmation with the details and access instructions.
The booking is not formalised until payment is complete and you have received the confirmation. The language of the contract is Spanish.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in euros. INDICAR SI INCLUYEN IVA Y A QUÉ TIPO, Y SI HAY TASA TURÍSTICA LOCAL QUE SE ABONE APARTE
The price shown corresponds to the selected dates and number of guests. Changing them may change the price.
Right of withdrawal
IMPORTANT NOTICE: the fourteen-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply to accommodation bookings for a specific date. This follows from Article 103.l) of the Spanish consolidated Consumer Protection Act, which excludes from that right contracts for accommodation services other than for residential purposes where a specific date of performance is provided for.
This does not leave you unprotected: what applies instead are the cancellation terms of the rate you chose, described below and shown to you before you pay.
Cancellations and changes
We offer refundable and non-refundable rates. Which is which is stated clearly when you choose, before you enter any details.

- Non-refundable rate: CONDICIONES; NORMALMENTE NO ADMITE DEVOLUCIÓN
- Changing dates: SI SE ADMITE, EN QUÉ CONDICIONES
- Cancellation by us: QUÉ OFRECEMOS SI NO PODEMOS PRESTAR EL ALOJAMIENTO
Check-in, check-out and stay
- Check-in: HORA. Check-out: HORA.
- Check-in is self-service, using the instructions you receive by email.
- Identification details for every guest must be provided for the traveller register.

Complaints
You may address any complaint to EMAIL DE CONTACTO. Tourist establishments hold official complaint forms available to customers; you can obtain them at DÓNDE SE FACILITAN.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer, you retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
